Don't wait until January to write up your best work from July. Start the framework ahead of the project. You know the brief, the challenge, the creative solution. Take photos! Every site visit is a content opportunity.
Load-in, the rig going up, branding coming to life, the team in action, the finished arena space. Spend seconds taking a pic before you get stuck into the day. A single show can bank 2 - 3 weeks of social content.

Collect testimonials immediately
Ask for a testimonial immediately after a successful event, when the client is buzzing and grateful. A voice note, a quick video, or a two question email is all you need. Wait three months, the moment is gone. Good luck chasing for one! -
Update your website as soon as the event has passed
Take 10 minutes after a successful show to upload a new customer logo, testimonial, images and/or case study. By autumn you'll have a website that reflects your current capability, not what you were doing in 2021. You’ll be amongst the momentum, and you’ll stay there. Met someone new on site?
Connect with them on LinkedIn (scary!) Every show puts you in a room with potential clients, collaborators, and referrers. Connect with them on LinkedIn while you're still on site and the face is fresh. A quick "great working alongside you today" is all it takes. Those connections compound quietly over time and are worth far more than a cold outreach six months later. -
